There was a partizzle in this nizzle.

"I really need to stop watching MTV Cribs," Deadpool remarked to a small child, a lemming, and two pets. Because, really, it needed to be said.

But there was a TV ready, booze of various kinds and the kind of snacks the girls on the show would die to have if it didn't make them gain weight. Mmmm. Deep fried.

"But those shoes," said Minsc. "At the right angles, you could do some damage there."

"It's edgier!."

"I suppose this means that we get their share of donuts, then," she pointed out. "So I can't object too much, if it means more for me. Their loss."

"That suit covers, like, nothing," boggled Minsc ~~who stole this line from my fiance~~, "but...she doesn't even have anything to cover up!"

Minsc liked his women meaty, sure, but even if it weren't for that...

"The shoes are frightening," she agreed, "but they lack appropriate hats."

"It is?" Ghanima blinked at him. "Are we talking 'gay' as in happy, or sexuality?"

All these girls on the television looked miserable enough that being happy might be considered 'edgy'.

"I never was one for hats," Minsc admitted, giving his blade, shining, tattooed pate a rub with his hand.

Or helmets, for that matter, which explained an awful lot about Minsc.

"Sexually." Deadpool replied with a careless wave of his hand. "You need to get out more."

"Whoa!" Minsc said ~~stealing another comment I couldn't refuse from the peanut gallery~~. "They blurred out her arse!"

"There you go," Steve said. "You've found the positive. I wonder if they're so ~~bitchy~~ odd-acting because they're hungry."

Sarah had gotten a message from Langley letting her know she'd have some news later that week, and wondering what it was had her butterfly-ish enough that she decided to be social and go watch the reality TV ... thing. She got a beer and stood off to the side sizing things up.

"I haven't seen this since the cycle with the blind girl," Sarah said, by way of introduction. "Are you a Top Model expert?"

"I get out plenty!" Ghanima ~~lied~~ objected. "But the girls on the television are so busy being snippy, that enjoying themselves might be edgier than sleeping with each other."

"...this is true. We clearly need more lesbianism. I vote you start while we all watch. All in favour?" Deadpool raised his hand. "Motion passed!"

"Censors, my friend. It's all the fault of censors."

"What do things that make us feel and smell and taste and hear and see have to do with anything?"

"That would require I have a girl to kiss," Ghani laughed. "Unless you're trying to tell me something?"

That earned him a stare. One of those 'what you say?' ones. You know the type.

"You're either very clever or mildly brain damaged. I haven't decided yet."

"They have like no muscles, too," Sarah volunteered. "They're just skinny."

"...maybe." Deadpool pointed over at the other woman in the hiz-ouse. "C'mooooon. It'll be fun!"

Mildly?

Sir Deadpool was being complimentary.

"I mean," he said, as if he didn't hear that, "what even is there too blur? I've seen male mages shapelier than these minxes."

And have you seen most male mages? Yech.

"People out there think that something like that will corrupt their poor kiddies."

Said the man who had a toddler sleeping no more than ten feet away. Do you know how hard it was to find a wee bed for her? VERY.

"What? Arses?" asked Minsc, truly perplexed.

Because with how Rashemi women dressed...

...but then he remembered that whole...thing with Lady Wilhelmina when he wasn't dressed...

"People are odd."

Ghani looked over, and almost choked on her food. "Ah, our errant comic shop owner," she replied. "Let's just say Miss Sarah isn't my type."

Mostly because Ghanima had already insinuated she'd kill her once. Details.

Deadpool patted him on the arm. "You get used to it."

A beat.

"...we should go to a strip club sometime."
