So, it was snowing.

Hells to the yeah. That meant a snow day from going out and doin' crap like shopping or--shopping. Look, Deadpool really didn't like shopping.

This now meant that Nate wasn't gonna be goin' to work either. Instead he was being used like a pillow slash personal heater on the couch. He was going to enjoy the damn snuggling and take it like a man, okay?

"Just lay back and think of Providence," Deadpool suggested, settling for the fiftieth show on home improvement of the morning.

Nate took a moment to mentally decipher that. "Try not to tell Stark too much."

Nate shot him a look, running a hand over his arm. "No, Wade."

Wade just sighed like a teenage girl. "You ruin all my fun, man. What next? No more makin' fun of Emma?"

"Try not to do too much damage to her psyche," Nate said, magnanimously. "We have to avoid upsetting his timeline."

"She's at a non-critical point in her timeline," he pointed out. His head was tilted towards the screen in an attempt to get some of the action. "I don't see the point in making it critical."

"Fiiiiine." He was just gonna lay in wait on that one. "Can we at least make fun of the blond chick on this channel? God, I hate her face. She's always judging me for my lifestyle choices. Hey, if I wanna live in sin with a pet fox, she can't say one damn thing about it. Max is allowed to live free."

"You can make fun of the 'blonde chick'," Nate allowed, sounding slightly amused now. "But I'm not sure it's Max she's judging..."

"...Hi there, Max. How ya--great, she's gonna take a dump in my shoes. What did I say about picking her up?"

Nate chuckled slightly in his ear. That was an answer.

"I'm sending dirty texts to Irene from your phone now."

"No, you won't," Nate informed him, trying to focus on the news item about... Bolivia. Yes.

"It's locked," Nate told him, "But nice try." He stroked idly over Wade's stomach with one hand.

"You're a tease," Wade declared, placing Max back on the ground so she could plan her vengeance on his shoes. But that also freed up his hands to slip up under Nate's sensible shirt.

To warm his hands. Really.

"Think it's time to start considering putting Jan to bed," Nate noted, hiking up Wade's shirt to reveal some skin.
