geewhizfellas, shes_got_legs, sake_shinigami, bootlessjane, daventryprince, bigdaddyswan...
Has accidentally spilled coffee on her laptop. The laptop itself is fine and still operational, but the keyboard needs to be replaced and we don't know how long it will take as of yet. So her characters will be going home for the break (for students) and laying low on island (for adults).
Funny story? The keyboard right now is stuck on the letter 'm'. It freakin' loved that coffee, man.

While she has an iPad, the hospital internet has a random and cruel filter on LJ, so she will incommunicado for a few more days.

People who can mod my rag tag group of animals already know who they are so yay for them. I fully expect bows and ribbons and various cruel things on them before my return. Wish me luck and not getting sick on the flight!

Aug. 20th, 2009 06:25 pmSo, guess who came home to a power cord that was completely chewed through? That would be me.
I swear, I'm going to kill that damn puppy.
Laptop has... 36% power left and dying quickly. So, my being around is not guaranteed at all at the moment. I have a desktop that I'll need to fight people to use and my phone, but those are iffy at best. New cord should be arriving at the beginning of next week though, so yay for that.
Until then, I'll be going through withdrawal and apologizing to anyone I had plans with this weekend.

For those who don't know, I very recently got a puppy. She's adorable and sweet and teething. This morning she made friends with the power cord to my laptop. Let's just say it did not end well.
Until I get a new one, my availability will be... sporadic. I have the ooold desktop of my parents' to work off of, but I have to fight them for it. So, who knows.
Merlin, Tony, Teddy, Deadpool and Temari will be scarce as things that are scarce until I can get this damn thing sorted out.

This weekend is Wizard Con in Chicago and guess who is dorky enough to go in order to throw rotten things at Liefeld? THAT'S RIGHT, ME.
But, since there will be people in town and also my birthday this weekend, I will be mostly MIA from Friday through Sunday. So! Temari is off 'practicing' in the Preserve. Renee is being modded by the ex-con/semi-girlfriend person. Who I hope mods many a wacky lesbian threesome...
Deadpool is watching marathons of bad reality shows from Bravo and the CW all weekend in preparation for his class.
And Tony...
Is a pony. Modding rights go to the supersoldier. The blond one from WWII, not the hairy one or the girly one in red.
