Just to prove that he hadn't been replaced by a romantic pod person, Nate didn't push up to kiss him. He just gave Wade an extra squeeze, settling his metal hand over one ab.

"Have you ever seen any flowers around this apartment...?" Nate asked, picking a little rhythm while he considered, vaguely, the cold presence of that tube on his stomach.

His hand petted through Wade's hair one final time.

"I do," Nate said, a few counts later, when the edge of the thumb of his metal hand was rubbing against Wade's ass. "Mhm."

"There's always hoping," Nate said, wryly, pulling his hand off Wade's dick so he could snag his hips. He pressed his finger in deeper, backed by experience by now.
